SAISC Building Renovation

We transformed an aging, derelict hotel into a state-of-the-art office facility for SAISC, a leading automotive sales company based in Shanghai. Spanning multiple floors, the design reimagined the building to meet the needs of a modern workplace while maximizing functionality and aesthetics. The project included on-site parking, a visitor showroom, an auditorium, a cafeteria, meeting facilities, and contemporary office spaces. By blending innovative design with strategic planning, we revitalized the structure into a vibrant, efficient hub that reflects SAISC’s forward-thinking ethos and supports its dynamic operations.
