Architect & Designer

Eric J. Dempsey, is an internationally acclaimed American Architect and Designer currently based in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Eric's portfolio encompasses a diverse range of project types, with a focus on detail oriented inside-out design. A common thread in his work is the creation of poetic and thoughtful designs, firmly rooted in well-developed, creative concepts.

Throughout his practice, Eric has collaborated closely with numerous multi-national companies, designing exceptional projects in the Asia Pacific region and the Southeast of the United States of America.

Eric's passion for travel and adventure enriches his work as an architect, bringing a unique perspective to every project. Driven by an insatiable curiosity and a thirst for knowledge, he continually seeks to expand his expertise and understanding.‍

Vivienne Zhou

Co-Founder & Project Manager

Vivienne co-founded the company in 2019. With a lifetime of dedication to the retail design and construction industry, she has cultivated a wealth of invaluable experience.

Her extensive portfolio includes the successful completion of numerous projects across China and the APAC region. Vivienne maintains direct communication with Italian brand leadership and design teams, as well as product vendors and factory suppliers specializing in high-end luxury retail furniture and window displays.

Her keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence consistently contribute to the success of every endeavor. Her expertise spans China, Italy, and the USA, ensuring the seamless execution of projects on a global scale. In Florida, Vivienne brings her professional acumen to navigate unique opportunities in luxury retail design. Her adept management and coordination skills are integral to delivering successful projects that resonate.
