Gaoqian Guest House

Architectural and interior design services were provided through BIM modeling for this project, which seamlessly blends old and new to create a sophisticated, high-end vacation property. Timeless elements are interwoven with both traditional and modern features, achieving a harmonious design. The project aims to revitalize the historic Gaoqian Village for future generations through the preservation and adaptive reuse of two historic structures. The Gaoqian Guesthouses repurpose these aging, derelict residential buildings into contemporary bed-and-breakfast retreats for domestic tourists. The interior design highlights the restored heavy timber structure, showcasing it as a central feature within the rooms.
