Delray Beach House

This project is situated in close proximity to the intercostal waterway in an underdeveloped neighborhood. The grand interior spaces, arrangement, and open floor plan create a luxury look and feel with minimal construction costs. The building is a concrete structure with simple low cost exterior facade materials. ROI was a primary measure of the project’s success. A contemporary modern beach style was preferred by the developer.
