Splunk Office - Phase 2 & 3
This was a large phased expansion to Splunk's existing office on the 9th floor of their building in Shanghai.
SAISC
A derelict hotel building was hugely renovated and converted to include office facilities, canteen, showroom, and car parking for this large car distributor in China. A German bauhaus style blends the old building with the new clean glass facade. The interior space planning and detailed design was included for the entirety of this building.
Shyndec R&D Center
This competition winning proposal was presented to Shyndec Modern Pharmaceutical company.
Arvato - Logistics Facility
We performed a master planning study for a large shipping and logistics facility on an existing site in Shanghai.
